1. Use machines:Machines are for you, and you are for them!
We’ve put together a range of machines to help you achieve the shape of your dreams, and to keep them working as long as possible, use them as they’re meant to be used.
2. Take care of yourself.
You use the machines at the gym at your own risk, so make sure you use them correctly so you don’t get hurt. If you’re not sure how to use them, our trainers are happy to help – it’s better than misunderstanding the treadmill and taking a flying leap.
3. Have fun and so will everyone else.
The gym at Suleiman is not a library and hard workouts sometimes come with a lot of noise. Train hard but also listen to others so that everyone has a good time. Leave unnecessary noise outside the gym.
4. Disinfect and towel off!
Sweat is a sign of success – but let it be yours. After using certain machines, disinfect and towel off. Hygiene + cleanliness = a better training experience for all! 🧼
5. Clean footwear.
The gym is not for the street! Bring clean, comfortable footwear. Not only the floor, but the machines will thank you for it!
6. Workout clothes – and only workout clothes!
Comfortable, functional workout clothes are your friend. Fashion shows aren’t compulsory, but if someone shows up in super-tight jeans, don’t be surprised if they have trouble squatting. Dress so you can move freely! 👕
7. Remember: community matters.
When you arrive at the gym say hello when you enter a room because they will say hello back.
Support them, and if you need to, help with a friendly “How many more to go on the plane?” to ask. You’re part of a big team here, working together to achieve your goals. 👋
8. Use the sauna cleanly and responsibly!
The sauna is a place for relaxation – don’t bring phones, food or distracting behaviour in. Enjoy the relaxation and let others relax in peace. 🧖♂️
9. Exercise time = your time, but do it on time!
If you go to the gym in the evening, make sure the gym is open and leave time to get dressed after your workout. There’s nothing more annoying than when the lights go off at closing time while you’re still lifting weights. 🕒
10. Under 14 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
